- 32″-64″ width options with other sizes available upon request
ALADDIN
The Aladdin™ is designed for high-capacity plastic bottle sorting by separating opaque from transparent objects and provides double signal intensity for transparent objects (light-blue PET, PVC/PET). State-of-the-art electronics process the detected signals and activate air valves which eject the targeted material upward/downward into a chute with an efficiency rating of 90-95%. A color touchscreen user interface allows our customers full setup and control of throughput.
Features & Benefits:
- Metal detector upgrade optional
- Split configuration optional
- Color touch-screen user interface with modem/Ethernet access
- Statistics and quality reports download options
- Different sort configurations by the touch of a button
SAPPHIRE
The MSS Sapphire™ is a highly advanced near-infrared (NIR) sensor sorting system that is capable of identifying polymer materials by type. While the standard Sapphire™ module generates two or three output streams from one input stream, it can sort two input streams at the same time in a split configuration, generating a total of up to six outputs with the ability to process 1.5-6 tons per hour. The Sapphire™ provides MRFs and other recyclers an affordable solution for automated optical separation for various applications.
Features & Benefits:
- Metal detector upgrade optional
- Split configuration optional
- Color touchscreen user interface with modem/Ethernet access
- Statistics and quality reports download options
- Different sort configurations by the touch of a button
METALSORT
The MSS MetalSort system’s multiple-coil metal separators provides for precise separation of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and stainless steel from pre-sorted materials or mixed municipal waste streams.
The waste stream transports the metal material on a high-speed conveyor and computer processes the obtained signal variations from each coil across the belt and fires a precise air pulse that moves the targeted metals across a splitter and into a catcher hood.
Features & Benefits:
- Separates small metal contaminants from glass cullet, plastic flake and e-scrap
- Split configuration optional
- Color touch-screen user interface with remote modem/Ethernet access
- Statistics and quality reports download options
- Low maintenance due to no moving parts
